In accordance with the execution of the 2019 anti-corruption program of the MDI of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kirovograd region and in accordance with the Regulation on the quality control system of medical care in the MDI and the quality assessment criteria of medical care, an anonymous survey of citizens-patients and employees of the MDI is conducted, which aims to assess the impartiality of doctors when providing medical care, to develop appropriate recommendations to strengthen the trust of citizens to the MDI and improve the activities of the institution.

 Anonymous survey of citizens-visitors and medical staff will be conducted from 12.07.2019 to 25 .07.2019 inclusive.

During the specified period, citizens - visitors and medical staff who wish to participate in the anonymous survey, fill out the survey questionnaire, the form of which can be obtained at the reception or at the posts of nurses of the hospital.

Filled out questionnaire should be dropped in a special box, located in the registration office on the first floor of the TMA or leave it at the place of its completion.
