In order to implement the National Strategy for Creating Barrier-Free Space in Ukraine, the State Institution "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kirovohrad Oblast" created a safe barrier-free space for people with disabilities, namely
a ramp with handrails to the main entrance to the hospital was installed;
parking spaces for people with disabilities on the hospital's territory are marked with appropriate signs;
a button for calling medical personnel at the entrance to the hospital building;
Ensured unimpeded movement of people with disabilities in the hospital building;
A restroom for people with disabilities was equipped on the first floor of the clinic
there are elevators to provide access to the upper floors for people with disabilities;
three wards with appropriate sanitary conditions for people with disabilities were equipped in the therapeutic department of the hospital;
a rehabilitation department was opened to provide rehabilitation assistance to people with limitations in daily functioning and people with disabilities;
information materials on routes for obtaining services and benefits when undergoing treatment, examination and military medical commission are posted;
the first floor of the clinic houses the sector of social protection and support for victims and their families;
information signage at the entrance of the hospital directing people to the sector of social protection and support for victims and their families in Ukrainian and Braille;
tactile signs at the entrance to the laboratory and the ILC.
The buildings and premises in which the State Institution "TMI of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kirovohrad Oblast" operates meet the requirements of DBN B.2.2-40:2018 "Buildings and structures. Inclusiveness of buildings and structures. Basic Provisions" regarding accessibility for people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups.
