The management of the "TMА of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for the Kirovohrad region" with the assistance of the Department of Health Protection and Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and in the conditions of war is conducting systematic work to improve the medical and diagnostic base of the hospital (with a polyclinic), which makes it possible to provide medical assistance to patients at a modern level .

To improve the work of the otolaryngological office of the polyclinic, a multifunctional otolaryngological unit OLK-1, or ENT-combine, was purchased. This modern automated facility allows for diagnosis of diseases of the throat, nose and ear at a modern level.

The complex includes medicine sprayers, an ultraviolet instrument sterilizer, an aspirator, a video system with a computer that allows you to receive high-quality color images and quickly conduct diagnostics, as well as monitor the results of treatment. It became possible to diagnose diseases of the nose and additional sinuses, to determine the state and degree of adenoid vegetations in adults and children, to perform an examination of the larynx and lower parts of the pharynx.

The ENT-combine makes it possible to remove sulfur crust, aspiration of the nasal passages and additional sinuses, inject drugs into the ENT organs, and wash the tonsils as conveniently and painlessly as possible.

Thanks to the combine, diagnostic and therapeutic manipulations are carried out in temperature conditions close to the patient's body temperature, which does not cause unpleasant sensations. The patient is in a comfortable chair, which the doctor can place in the most convenient position for manipulations.

Administration of drugs is carried out using a nebulizer in the mode of heating both drugs and instruments and with maximum accessibility to the affected parts of the body.
