The Center of Preventive Medicine of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kirovograd region reports that vaccinations against influenza in the hospital (with a polyclinic), 3 Volkova Street, have started.

The vaccine Vaksigrip TETRA (France), (the cost of one dose is 306 UAH), was purchased at the expense of the regional charitable membership organization "Hospital Fund". The vaccine contains inactivated virus strains that will circulate in the 2019-2020 epidemic season in Ukraine.

Vaccination is a reliable method of preventing influenza and preventing severe complications of the disease. A single vaccination protects against the most common and dangerous strains throughout the flu season. Influenza vaccinations will be administered to Health Insurance Fund contributors and their families at the expense of their dues. Others who wish to do so can join the HBCF for vaccinations and to improve the quality of medical care.
