Psychologists and psychiatrists of the PD and PPV Center continue their work with servicemen and policemen who are being treated at the "TMO of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Kirovohrad region". But it is no less important to conduct an annual mandatory periodic psychiatric and preventive drug examination in military conditions. Because personal stress and psychological burden can be especially high among military personnel and police officers. Here are some key reasons that make this process indispensable:

· Maintaining combat capability and effectiveness: Military operations and military tasks often require a high level of physical and mental effort. Psychological examination helps to identify possible problems in the mental state of soldiers and police officers, which allows to respond in a timely manner and provide the necessary support to maintain their combat capability and effectiveness.

· Reducing the risk of post-traumatic effects: In military operations, military personnel and police officers are often faced with disturbing, traumatic and difficult situations. Post-traumatic stress disorder can have serious consequences for mental health, but a timely preventive examination can help detect and eliminate such problems earlier.

· Preserving life and mental well-being: Mental discomfort and trauma can affect decisions made by military and police officers during conflict situations. Preventive screening helps ensure life-saving support and employee mental well-being.

· Prevention of further problems: Early identification of mental problems allows the initiation of treatment and psychotherapy, which reduces the risk of developing serious mental disorders in the future.

· Maintaining team spirit: The mental health of team members is key to maintaining their team spirit and ability to work together under stressful conditions.
