In order to improve the practical skills of the regional police officers in providing pre-medical care to victims in emergency situations, in accordance with Articles 1, 12, 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On emergency medical care", the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Decree of 21.11.2012 ¹ 1115 "On approval of training and professional development of persons who must provide pre-medical care" and according to the "unified program of medical training of rescue workers and other professionals involved in emergency response. 03.2005 on the basis of the hospital (with polyclinic) TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the region for the employees of certain police units (BPSPSPS "Svyatoslav", ROPP, UKORD, UPP UPP) constantly conduct relevant practical training on pre-medical care in extreme situations, approved schedule and assigned experienced doctors-specialists.
