On 16.02.2024, psychologists of the Center for PD and PPV took part in a coordination meeting with representatives of the State Emergency Service, organized by the Psychological Support Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Kirovograd region.

During the meeting, the experts shared their experience in providing first psychological aid to people affected by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. They got acquainted with the methods used by colleagues in their professional activities and measures aimed at raising public awareness of the issues of preserving and restoring mental health.

The coordination meeting, which brought together psychologists, was an important step in working together to address pressing psychological issues. The psychologists identified several areas of cooperation, including exchange of experience and joint research.

The cooperation between the psychologists of the structures continues not only as a powerful tool for addressing pressing issues, but also as a way to continuously improve psychological practice and ensure the mental health and well-being of society.
