On 03/28/2023, psychologists of the PD and PPV Center conducted classes with training elements that are very helpful in the rehabilitation of military personnel. Classes are aimed at PTSD prevention and activation of internal resources.

For example, one of the proposed techniques is called "Palm". When a military man puts his handprint on paper, he seems to announce to the whole world that he exists, that he is alive. When he draws the silhouette of the palm, he defines its boundaries. This is especially important during war, when the space around us is greatly destroyed. This exercise helps the military to declare themselves and tell about their mood.
