On the basis of the "TMO of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Kirovohrad region" office for the provision of psychological assistance and psychosocial support to wounded and released from captivity of servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine and policemen has been established.

Specialists who work in the office of providing psychological assistance have undergone training in working with the consequences of psycho-traumatic situations and have become members of multidisciplinary teams. Command functions:

• assistance in planning its restoration and social rehabilitation;
• prevention of relapses of psychological disorders and/or prevention of hospitalization;
• interaction with family members, involving them in the recovery of the patient;
• interaction with social and charitable organizations to ensure comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation of the patient.
