The meeting was attended by the deputy chief of the Main Department of the National Police of Kirovograd region Dmitry Tkachonok, head of human resources management of the Main Department of National Police Andrey Chovpan, head of the state institution "Territorial Medical Association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kirovograd region". Alexander Nestroyny, chairman of the trade union organization of certified employees of the Internal Affairs Valery Shevchuk and chairman of the departmental regional veterans' organization Valery Svobodny.

The questions, which were considered on the agenda, concerned many aspects of the work of the police personnel departments of the region. Among them observance of discipline and legality, measures of personal safety by personal structure, staffing of vacancies and reception on service, a condition of vocational training, namely - training and improvement of professional skill of workers.

At meeting also it was spoken about the organization of educational work among policemen, restoration of institute of mentoring, improvement of a psychological climate in collectives, medical maintenance and social protection of workers, work with veterans of department.

- One of the important questions, which I would like to draw everyone's attention to, concerns first of all discipline and legality. To observe their observance, in time to support the colleague in service, if necessary - to protect from the rash action, to help at moments of considerable psychological loading which often happens in work of the law-enforcement officers - our task not only for the personnel who are present in this hall, but also for all personal staff of police of area. I emphasize that it is the personal responsibility of each employee for the entrusted area of work, attentive and responsive attitude toward people that will strengthen their confidence. And the opinion of the society on police activity was and now remains one of the main indicators of our work, - Dmitry Tkachonok emphasized.

At the end of the meeting Andrey Chovpan, head of the Regional Police Personnel Department, listened to the reports of some territorial subdivisions, determined the priorities in the work of the service and proved to the personnel.
