This is a special unit, which is part of the State Institution of the TMA, created to ensure the conduct of drug and military medical expertise. The main tasks of M (MM) C are:
- determination for health reasons, physical development, and for certain types of service activities - according to individual psychophysiological characteristics, the suitability of candidates for police service, candidates for entry into higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with specific training conditions, training police officers (hereinafter - educational institutions), applicants for higher education of educational institutions, the suitability of police officers for further service when moving through the service, serving on a business trip abroad
- determination of the suitability of candidates for military service under a contract, in the military reserve, candidates for entry into higher military educational institutions of NSU (hereinafter referred to as the university), the degree of suitability of military personnel for military service in connection with their dismissal;
- determining the causal relationship of diseases, injuries, injuries, contusions and mutilations in police officers who are in service, are dismissed from service and released from service, servicemen of NSU, former military personnel, former privates and commanding officers of the internal affairs bodies (hereinafter referred to as former privates and commanding officers )
- determining the causal relationship of diseases, injuries, injuries, contusions and injuries that resulted in the death of police officers, military personnel, former police officers, former military personnel, former privates and commanding officers;
- conducting a military medical examination of candidates for military service under a contract, in the military reserve, before entering the university, servicemen of NSU, former military personnel, former privates and commanding officers;
- ensuring control over the treatment and diagnostic work in the TMO, including compliance with the norm for passing medical (military-medical) examination in M (VL) K to determine the suitability for further service of police officers, military personnel who have not been can start performing their official duties due to illness (injury, injury), often and for a long time ill (as advised by the staffing unit);
- generalization and analysis of the results of the drug and military medical examination and the development of proposals for improving this work;
- conducting an analysis in conjunction with medical specialists of the TMO, summarizing the results of treatment and medical examination and assessing the impact of conditions of service on health status and suitability for service.
The list of documents required to pass the M (MM) C for candidates for admission to training:
- Referral to the commission.
- Passport, military ID (certificate of registration).
- Photo 3х4 - 1 pc.
- Extract from the medical records at the place of residence for the last 5 years (form 027/0), certified by the seal of the medical institution.
- Outpatient card from the place of residence (for children and adolescents).
- Certificate from the TB dispensary, certified by the seal of the medical institution.
- Certificate of mandatory preventive vaccinations from the date of birth (form 063/0), certified by the seal of the medical institution.
- Certificate of a narcological institution at the place of residence (form 140)
- Certificate of a neuropsychiatric institution at the place of residence (form 122)
- Fluorography or X-ray with a description made in the last year.
- Electrocardiogram (EKG), with description and stamp, taken within the last month.
- The results of a general blood test with a leukocyte formula, made within the last month.
- Results of a blood sugar test done within the last month.
- Blood group, Rh factor.
- Results of a general urine test taken within the last month.
- The results of a biochemical blood test (bilirubin, cholesterol, protein, thymol test, AST, ALT), made during the last month.
- Blood test results (Wasserman reaction).
- Blood test results for hepatitis "B", "C" and HIV, made within the last month.
- Echo KG (ultrasound of the heart).
- Ultrasound OBP (ultrasound examination of the abdominal organs) + kidneys
- Smear results for cytology (for women) taken within the last month.
