SI "TMA of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for the Kirovograd region" provides paid medical services to persons who are not entitled to free medical care in health care institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine under concluded contracts (for legal entities) or individual treatment (for individuals) in accordance with the tariffs that are set in in accordance with applicable law.

The person who applied to the TMA on the terms of the concluded agreement, according to the lists provided, is sent by the polyclinic registry to the office for the provision of paid medical services No. 207 (II floor), where an outpatient card is issued (form 025 / y) and an appointment is carried out on the terms of providing paid medical services. When applying individually, the patient in the office for the provision of paid medical services No. 207 is provided with an application-petition (in the established form) for medical care, which is agreed with the head of the TMA or the deputy head of the institution for medical issues.
